Lex Heinisch

Sloane’s Roses wrote a grant to support the family of Lex Heinisch, paying Lex’s funeral expenses. Lex passed away tragically and unexpectedly in his home on January 21, 2025. He was only 9 years old, and like Sloane, he loved sports, music, and - most of all - his family.

This tragedy hit the Sloane’s Roses team hard, again reminding us how things can change in an instant and how fragile life is. After hearing about Lex, we wanted to help however possible, as tragedies like this one are the genesis of Sloane’s Roses entire mission.

But, obviously, providing financial assistance only goes so far. We offer our sincere condolences to the Heinisch family and ask everyone to keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the difficult times ahead.
